Oversized Square Shrug (50 inch square) 3XL-5XL
I made this shrug as a custom order in 2025, but it fell through, using Big Twist acrylic yarn in black and mustard gold. It features a hypnotic black-and-gold stripe pattern. This shrug is a great way to show support for your favorite black-and-gold team (i.e., Saints fans - Who Dat!). It will make a great addition to your everyday wardrobe. Easy to care for, machine washable in cold water. Lay flat (recommended) or hang to dry. Do not tumble dry (unless you’re trying to shrink the shrug, then by all means, please continue…), iron, or bleach.
The shrug measurements: folded in half, it is 25 inches long. Before sewing the armholes, the square measures 50 inches. I believe this shrug would comfortably fit anyone who wears a size 2XL to 5XL.
If I receive more requests for an item, I will continue to ensure one is available to buy as soon as possible. You can also contact me for a custom order. I’ll respond as soon as I’m available.
I used a free pattern from yarnspiration.com. Continuous Granny Square Shrug
