What is your return/exchange policy?
I am unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
What are the shipping options and costs?
Shipping calculations are made through Squarespace using USPS options.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It will take about 5 to 10 business days for it to arrive after processing. Times may vary depending on distance, weather, holidays, and other factors.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all payment methods provided by Squarespace.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before the item is shipped. Once the item has shipped, cancellation or changes are no longer possible.
Before I start making your item, I will get your approval of the details. If you want something changed after the agreed-upon details, it will be up to my discretion whether I can make the change.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
If the order arrives incorrectly or is damaged, please get in touch with me at renshandmadehaven@gmail.com, and I will do my best to help resolve the issue.
