What is your return/exchange policy?

  • I am unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

​What are the shipping options and costs?

  • Shipping calculations are made through Squarespace using USPS options.

​How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • ​It will take about 5 to 10 business days for it to arrive after processing. Times may vary depending on distance, weather, holidays, and other factors.

​How can I track my order?

  • ​A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • ​ I accept all payment methods provided by Squarespace.

Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?

  • ​You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before the item is shipped. Once the item has shipped, cancellation or changes are no longer possible.

  • Before I start making your item, I will get your approval of the details. If you want something changed after the agreed-upon details, it will be up to my discretion whether I can make the change.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
