Sizing is Standard Unisex sizes; the fit is intended to be baggy and a bit oversized.
The measurements are all approximations. Each item made is unique in its own way.

Customizable Options: include size, pattern, yarn colors, and any other ideas or concepts in the order description/message. (Describe Your Vision box)
Available yarn colors reflect what's available from suppliers.
The options provided are commonly used yarns. If you would like an alternative yarn, please include it in the order description.

Care Instructions:
Machine washable in cold water with like colors; lay flat to dry.
Do not tumble dry, iron, or bleach.
Processing/Shipping:
Initially, after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Before I begin working on your order, I will reach out to you via email to obtain your approval of the details of your custom order. I will start your item once I get the ok from you!
Before packing your order, I will email you photos of your finished item. Once I get your approval on your finished item, I will package and ship off your order!
You will be notified and provided with a tracking number when your order ships.
Every item is handmade by me using a hook and yarn. Production times depend on yarn availability and may be extended if I need to order more.
Item completion-to-ship timelines are approximations and are not guaranteed. I will do my best to complete it and ship it to you within 2 weeks of receiving your confirmation. I will reach out via email if there are any setbacks regarding your order.
Handcrafted items take a lot of time and care to make. Craftsmanship and quality are always my top priority.
Please remember that you are NOT buying a finished item. I make orders in the order they are received.
If your custom order requires a fast turnaround, my handcrafted approach might not suit your needs.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
I do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items.
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. You cannot cancel the order after it has been shipped.
